We had VIP landscaping (i.e., Wes Maggard) do a refresh of our tired (and tiresome) plants, replace a couple of poorly performing trees, and design updated outdoor lighting to replace the system that took a lightning strike last year. Without going into tiresome detail, Wes listened, designed, ran interference with the HOA, and kept all his written and unwritten promises. The last time I had this much work done (by a different company) my yard was a disaster for two weeks. For this evolution, the VIP crew completed everything to my total satisfaction in 2 and a half days.

Wes is an expert in working with the HOA at Red Rock Country Club – we had absolutely no problems with the HOA. This was a huge project – we took everything down to ground zero. The design included tree removal, flatwork, concrete texturing, iron work, landscape lighting, outdoor sound system, brickwork, and involved multiple sub-contractors. The entire project was handled professionally and without drama. At completion, our house won a recognition from the Red Rock Country Club HOA and was featured in the monthly newsletter.
